I love sharing the message of a healthier, happier lifestyle and my favorite tips and tricks for eating better, laughing more and worrying less! I can come to you and your friends, your coworkers, participate in panel discussion or conduct group workshops. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all diets, nor do I subscribe to any one theory or approach to change. I believe in encouraging clients to change for the better at their own pace and listening attentively to all your health concerns.
I strive to understand my clients unique and valued individuals with different strengths and areas that need improvement. I believe that whole foods, moving daily, and learning to deal with stress are the real keys to lasting health and happiness. I believe that a client-counselor relationship rooted in empathy and encouragement is the best catalyst for change.
